ALEXANDER RENTOUL ESLER Sworn: "I am a Government Medical officer. At 12 noon on the 24th. February last the body of

a Chinese male was brought to the Government Civil Hospital by Dr. Black and a Police officer. I examined the body.

I found a bullet

I found that the man was already dead.

DOUGLAS JAMES VALENTINE sworn: "I am a Government Medical officer. On the 25th. February last at the Public Mortuary I made a post mortem examination of the body of a Chinese male which was identified in my presence by Leung Shui sing and Leung Ping Shing as that of Leung Yuk Tong. I found a bullet wound at the back of the right shoulder and traced the course of the bullet. It entered between the 3rd. & 4th ribs close to the spinal column, passed through the right lung and through the main artery from the heart, and lodged Just behind the breast bone. I found the bullet there. I handed it to L.S. A.19. I identify the bullet in Court as the one (Exhibit A). The cause of death was haemorrhage due to the bullet entering the artery. 體
